Products
I've received numerous questions on which product
should you get if you're just starting out. This should serve as your
guide. I do recommend you go through the complete product page to get
the full details.
- Secrets
of the Handstand Quickstart Guide - This is the only DVD
product. In the physical arts books and images won't compare to seeing
it live. I've had several people comment that just watching someone
else do the moves helped them immediately improve their handstands.
This product breaks down the path to the handstand step by step. But
holding a handstand is the end of this one.
- Handbalancing
Made Easy - This single book by Prof. E.M. Orlick covers
building up to the handstand in much detail. It was the inspiration for
the Secrets of the Hand Stand Quickstart,
though doesn't have as much detail nor the video. From there it covers
tons of handstand variations that go up to even some advanced levels.
- Hand
Balancing Mastery Course - This course
includes Hand Balancing Made Easy and plenty of other material some of
it advanced and other stuff beginner and intermediate. It is the most
complete course on hand balancig and will keep you occupied for a long
time. Plus the special reports and audio interviews give you tons more
info to absorb.
- The
True Art and Science of Hand Balancing - Professor
Paulinetti and
Robert Jones show you how to do the handstand from the very start and
guide you up to the most advanced skills. A bit harder to read and less
step-by-step than Orlick's courses. Still very good advice and the
pictures are worth the price alone.
- Acrobat Accelerator -
Every month will cover many tips on hand stand and various other hand
balancing moves.
