Introducing the Yoga Trapeze

I haven’t offered many training tools on this site for one reason. There’s only a select few things that can help you build strength, hand balancing and acrobatic ability.

Today I’d like to introduce you to one of those few things. This is the Yoga Trapeze.

(Forgive the cheesy music. I needed something to work with and its hard to find quality stuff that’s royalty free.)

This is something I’ve been using a lot recently and having a blast with. I like it so much I wanted to make it available here. You can read more about it and order yours today right here.

Logan, I just wanted to comment on how much I love your site, and look forward to your posts showing up in my RSS feed. My free standing headstand is over a minute, and my frogstand is around 30 seconds.

I having difficulty kicking into a handstand against a wall. I don’t know if it my shoulder flexibility, or maybe I’m just trying to close, but I run my shoulders into the wall, and I’m having trouble adjusting. Any tips? Btw, I’m 6’5″ and 275#, DL 450#, BP 245#, and Squat 400#.
Overhead press is still pretty weak tho (155#), so handstand pushups isn’t in my near future. just trying to get the handstand, then we’ll see what we can do next (cartwheels, rollouts, planches, flags)

@G3 Fitness: Glad to see you’re not letting your size stop you from getting into hand balancing. I would re-watch the Secrets of the Handstand Quick Start video on the site here. Besides that, yes it sounds like your hands may be placed too close to the wall. Try going further back.
