It’s getting to that holiday season and many people are on break. Some of us just want to get together with close friends and family. Whats to say that you can’t keep the togetherness while at the same time improving your skills. In anticipation of the First LAOHB Handstand Jam, my crew decided to celebrate a smaller holiday version of our own!
We even had a special guest helper show up to make sure that everyone was working hard and staying safe! Handstand Claus started off by making sure everybody warmed up!
We got together and worked on baseline lead-up stunts like The Frogstand!
It was a great party and we got a chance to fine-tune our skills as well as experiment with new stunts! I hope that you guys enjoy your upcoming holidays and find new and fun ways to really develop your hand balancing skills!

handstands are pretty cool. i can only do them anasgit the wall currently. they’re also the reason i quit gymnastics after 1 year haha. while it’s easy to see why we are obsessed with running and logging miles, i agree that it’s important to balance things out with other exercises like this. hard to squeeze it in since exercise isn’t our job, but important!
Hey Hedvika!
Thanks for leaving a comment. Yes, it can be a bit daunting to squeeze in a new skillset into our hectic daily routines. One thing that I like to do is set up 5 minutes a day just to practice a new skill. It doesn’t take too much from my day and is enough of a refresher to keep progress happening. Have an excellent Holidays!
